Staining summary
Majority of the normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Leydig cells, renal tubules, salivary gland and ovarian follicle cells displayed strong positivity. Extracellular material in salivary gland was strongly stained. Stomach exhibited strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Squamous epithelium, cells in glomeruli, placenta, prostate and the CNS along with lymphoid tissues were negative.
