Staining summary
Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining with additional membranous immunoreactivity in several cases. Strong staining was observed in esophagus, ovaries, seminiferous ducts, red pulp of spleen, bone marrow and placental decidual cells. Cells in CNS, placental trophoblastic cells and myocytes were negative.
