Most normal cells displayed moderate nuclear positivity with additional cytoplasmic staining. Strong staining was observed in adrenal cortex, cells in seminiferus ducts and subsets of neuronal cells in CNS. Squamous epithelia, liver, alveolar cells and myocytes were negative or weakly stained.
