Weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining was observed in gastrointestinal epithelia, cells of the CNS and endocrine tissues. Purkinje cells displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining normal tissues were mainly negative.

Leydig cells, renal tubules, adrenal glands and few cells in fallopian tubes showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Hepatocytes, follicles in ovary, parathyroid, duodenum and bronchus exhibited moderate immunoreactivity. Other normal tissues were in general weakly stained or negative.
