Staining summary
Strong immunoreactivity was observed in megakaryocytes and platelets. Moderate cytoplasmic positivity was obserbed in smooth muscle, skeletal, heart muscle, tonsil and lymph node. Membranous staining was observed in colorectal cancers. Cells in seminiferous ducts displayed positive nucleoli. Remaining normal tissues were in general weakly stained or negative.
