Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity, occasionally with nuclear positivity in a sub-population of cells. Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in alveolar type II and breast lobular epithelial cells. Squamous epithelia, mesenchymal tissues and cells of the CNS were mainly negative.
