A majority of normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Stomach, gallbladder, exocrine pancreas, fallopian tube, placental trophoblastic cells, testis and prostate were strongly stained. Glial cells, spleen, smooth muscle cells and adipocytes were weakly stained or negative.

Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in basal seminiferous duct cells, Purkinje cells and alveolar cells type II. Respiratory epithelium, exocrine pancreas, adrenal cortex, placental trophoblasts heart and skeletal muscle showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
