Staining summary
HPA025032 Glandular cells, respiratory and transitional epithelia displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was observed in ovarian follicle cells, thyroid glands and trophoblastic cells. The remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
HPA053676 Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate nuclear staining with additional cytoplasmic and/or membranous positivity. Trophoblasts, oral mucosa, salivary glands, skeletal muscles, renal tubules and urothelium exhibited strong immunoreactivity. Liver, soft tissues, macrophages in lung, islet of Langerhans, stromal cells in uterus and ovary were weakly stained or negative.
