Most normal cells showed moderate to strong staining in nuclear membranes. Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in gall bladder, intercalated ducts in pancreas and bile duct cells. Hepatocytes, renal glomeruli, the spleen, smooth muscle cells and most mesenchymal cells were negative.
