Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Heart myocytes, hepatocytes, glandular cells of cervix and few glands in intestine displayed strong staining. Spleen, lymph nodes, skeletal muscles and pneumocytes were weakly stained or negative.

Normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and occasional nuclear staining. Bile duct cells, spleen and the glial cells were negative.

Most of the normal cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear positivity. Small intestine, exocrine pancreas, urinary bladder and placenta exhibited strong immunoreactivity. Cells of CNS, spleen, skeletal muscle cells, kidney, adrenal gland and soft tissues were negative.
