Most normal cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Strong positivity was observed in the basal layers of the prostate gland, squamous and respiratory epithelium. Cells in CNS displayed additional nuclear membrane staining while hepatocytes were negative.

Basal cells of the respiratory epithelium, prostate and squamous epithelium showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. Breast glands displayed strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity in subsets of cells while the mucus in goblet cells showed weak to moderate staining. Remaining normal cells were generally negative.
