Most of the normal cells showed moderate nucleolar positivity with additional cytoplasmic staining in some cases. Strong staining was observed in squamous epithelia, thyroid gland and adrenal cortex. The lung, liver, cervical gland, prostate, glial cells, myocytes and lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.
