Normal tissues showed a variable staining pattern, negative to strong, cytoplasmic and occasional nuclear positivity. Strong positivity was seen in surface epithelial cells of nasopharynx, medullar cells of adrenal gland, trophoblastic cells of placenta, glandular cells of rectum and prostate. Glandular cells of gastro-intestinal tract displayed moderate staining. Lymphatic tissues and muscle tissues were mostly weakly stained. Cells of CNS were negative.

Moderate cytoplasmic and occasional nuclear staining was observed in most normal tissues. Exocrine pancreas were strongly stained. Cells in CNS, lymphoid tissues and myocytes were weakly stained or negative.
