Distinct cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern was observed in subsets of immune cells including lung macrophages. Basal cell layer of squamous epithelia, glandular cells in gastrointestinal tract, subsets of cells in red pulp of spleen and renal tubules showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern. Nucleolar staining was observed in fractions of cells in CNS. Other normal tissues were in general negative.
