Normal tissues displayed a differentiated cytoplasmic and occasional nuclear staining pattern. Strong staining was seen in squamous epithelia, renal tubules, spleen and subsets of bone marrow poietic cells. Red blood cells were distinctly stained. Glial cells, pancreatic islets, lymph node, tonsil, ovarian and endometrial stromal cells were negative.
