Moderate to strong nuclear staining was displayed mainly in malignant gliomas, breast and skin cancers. Colorectal cancers showed cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining malignanices were weakly stained or negative.
Two cases of non-hodgkin lymphomas displayed moderate nuclear staining. Cancer cells in general were negative. Several malignant melanomas showed cytoplasmic positivity. A few cases of other cancers displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic or nuclear staining.
Most cancers were negative. Endometrial cancers and gliomas displayed a differential nuclear staining pattern. Two cases of lymphomas displayed moderate nuclear positivity in a majority of cells.
