Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous staining in several cases. Strong positivity was observed in ganglion cells. The lung, hepatocytes, breast, glial cells and lymphoid tissues were negative.

Cells in granular layer of cerebellum, ganglion cells in colon, neuronal cells of cerebral cortex and hippocampus displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Moderate staining was observed in Purkinje cells, neuronal cells of lateral ventricle, esophagus and smooth muscle cells. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
