Lung macrophages, Kupffer cells in liver, macrophages in red pulp of spleen along with subset of cells in lymphoid tissues, hematopoietic cells and cells in seminiferus ducts of testis displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Respiratory epithelia, gall bladder, fallopian tube, Purkinje cells, seminal vesicle and decidual cells showed weak to moderate positivity. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
HPA051974
Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in red pulp of spleen, hematopoietic cells, Kupffer cells and macrophages. Renal tubules and peripheral nerve were moderately stained. Subset of neuronal cells in cerebral cortex showed moderate nuclear staining. Alveolar macrophages exhibited moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
CAB002432
Strong immunoreactivity in macrophages e.g. Kupfer cells in the liver, Hofbauer cells in placenta and inflammatory macrophages in other tissues. Other cells were virtually negative.
