Staining summary
Most of the normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Additional nucelar staining was observed in a few cases, for examples squamous epithelia and neuronal cells in CNS. Pancreatic islets, glial cells and spleen were weakly stained or negative.
