Cytoplasmic staining in most tissues at variable intensity. Membranous positivity in a few tissues e.g. gall bladder and epididymis. Blood vessels in brain and a subset of lymphoid cells showed distinct staining.

Normal tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining with additional nuclear positivity in few tissues. Purkinje cells, myoepithelial cells of breast, liver and skeletal muscle cells were weakly stained.

Moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity, often combined with nuclear staining, was observed in most normal tissues. Placenta, esophagus and oral mucosa demonstrated strong cytoplasmic expression. Upper airway epithelia displayed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Cell membranes were distinctly stained in intestinal glands.
