Staining summary
HPA023501 Normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Decidual cells, breast and squamous epithelium of esophagus and tonsil displayed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Gastrointestinal glands and exocrine pancreas showed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity. Parathyroid gland, bile duct cells and germinal center cells of the lymphoid tissues were negative or weakly stained.
CAB005032 Strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining was observed in exocrine pancreas and the gastrointestinal tract. Normal tissues in general showed weak to moderate positivity.
CAB005039 Strong cytoplasmic staining in gastrointestinal tract and exocrine pancreas. Squamous epithelia showed strong cytoplasmic staining in the basal layers. Strong staining in basal cells was found in prostate. Weak to moderate staining in a few other tissues.
