Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Glandular and myoepithelial cells in breast along with gall bladder displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Liver, parathyroid, skin, placenta, prostate, smooth muscle and the lymphoid tissues were negative.

Glandular cells of intestinal tract, hepatocytes, adrenal cortex, renal tubuli, subsets of glial cell, prostate and skeletal muscle cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity often combined with weaker nuclear positivity. Subsets of cells in squamous epithelia and pancreatic islets displayed moderate nuclear positivity. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
