Normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining with additional nuclear positivity in a few tissues. Bronchus, colon, esophagus, exocrine pancreas, rectum and urothelium was strongly stained. Hematopoietic cells, bile duct cells, pneumocytes, muscle, glial cells and uterus were negative.

Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in enteroendocrine cells along with a subset of cells in islets of Langerhans, pneumocytes and alveolar macrophages. Renal tubules and smooth muscle were moderately stained. Strong nuclear staining was observed in Purkinje cells. Remaining normal tissues were generally negative.
