Moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity was seen in glandular cells of gastrointestinal tract and proximal renal tubules while endocrine glands, the liver, Leydig cells in testis and placental trophoblastic cells showed moderate positivity. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Most normal tissues showed Weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining, often with a granular pattern. Renal tubules, ovarian follicle cells and stomach displayed strong positivity. Purkinje cells, cells in endometrial stroma, spleen, glial cells, lymph node and islets of Langerhans were negative.
