Staining summary
Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and often nucleolar staining. Purkinje cells and neuronal cells showed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Pre-menopause uterine glands displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Pneumocytes, cells in glomeruli, skin, breast, myocytes and the lymphoid tissues were negative.
