Majority of normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern. Subset of cells in seminiferous ducts, renal tubules and prostate showed additional nuclear immunoreactivity. Bile ducts, trophoblasts, smooth muscle cells germinal and non-germinal center cells were weakly stained or negative.
