Staining summary
HPA037381 Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining often combined with nucleolar positivity. Additional membranous staining was frequently observed in glandular and epithelial cells. Strong staining was observed in the intestinal tract, gall bladder and seminiferous ducts. Lymphoid tissues and glial cells were negative.
HPA039262 Smooth muscle cells, a subset of skeletal muscle cells and myoepithelial cells showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Heart muscle displayed strong immunoreactivity. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
