Intestinal epithelia demonstrated strong membranous positivity. A sub-population of islet cells in pancreas displayed strong cytoplasmic staining and hepatocytes in the liver demonstrated moderate nuclear and cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Remaining normal tissues generally were negative.

Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Gastric chief cells and a subset of lymphoid cells were strongly stained. Remaining lymphoid cells, liver, lung and squamous epithelial cells were negative.
