Most normal cells showed weak to moderate nuclear positivity. Peripheral nerves displayed distinct nuclear positivity. A strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity was found in the myoepithelial cells in breast as well as basal cells in epididymis and prostate glands. Germinal centre cells in lymphoid tissues showed a reticular pattern of immunoreactivity.

Endothelial cells in renal glomeruli and blood vessels in lymphoid tissues, mainly in germinal centra, were strongly stained. Basal cells in most squamous epithelia, prostate, seminal vesicle and breast were distinctly stained. Myoepithelial cells in breast and peripheral nerves showed distinct positivity. Remaining normal cells generally were negative.

Strong membranous staining was observed in basal cells of squamous epithelia, prostate gland and airway epithelia. Strong positivity was also found in lymphoid follicles. Remaining normal tissues were in general negative.
