Staining summary
Spermatids and sertoli cells of testis showed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Nucleolar staining was observed in neuronal cells and glandular cells of fallopian tube. Duodenum and the small intestine showed distinct membranous positivity. Most other normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
