Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Stomach, adrenal cortex, ovarian follicles, Leydig cells of testis and Purkinje cells showed strong positivity. Lung, lymphoid cells and renal glomeruli as well as most cells in the CNS and squamous epithelia were negative.

The adrenal cortex, Leydig cells and stomach displayed strong cytoplasmic and/or nuclear immunoreactivity. Fallopian tube, Purkinje cells in cerebellum, heart and subsets of cells in seminiferus ducts were moderately stained. Remaining normal cells were weakly stained or negative.
