Most of the normal cells showed moderate nuclear staining. Urothelial cells, thyroid, epididymis and subsets of cells in seminiferous tubules were strongly stained. Respiratory epithelia and placental trophoblasts displayed additional luminal membrane positivity. The intestine, lung, hepatocytes, adrenal cortex and spleen were weakly stained or negative.

Lung, stomach, exocrine pancreas, trophoblastic cells, cells in seminiferous ducts, hematopoietic cells and cells in CNS showed strong positivity. Leydig cells, cells in white pulp of spleen and most cells in prostate were weakly stained or negative.
