A subset of cells in gastrointestinal tract showed strong granular cytoplasmic staining. The adrenal, cells in granular layer of cerebellum and smooth muscle displayed moderate positivity. The neuronal cells, squamous epithelia, urinary bladder, glandular cells in gastrointestinal tract along with respiratory epithelium of nasopharynx exhibited moderate nucleolar/nuclear staining. Cells in seminiferus ducts exhibited strong cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
