Staining summary
HPA015273 Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous staining in a few cases. Strong staining was seen in umbrella cells of urothelium, skeletal muscle cells, trophoblasts and in glandular cells of gall bladder, uterine corpus and breast. Liver, neuronal tissues and squamous epithelia were weakly stained or negative.
HPA016499 A majority of the normal cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Distinct positivity was observed in trophoblasts and thyroid gland. Lymphoid tissues, squamous epithelia and hepatocytes were mainly negative.
