Moderate cytoplasmic staining was observed in goblet cells of the intestine, chief cells in the gastric mucosa, islet cells in the pancreas and cells of most male genitalia. Cells in the CNS showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Remaining normal tissues were negative.

Neuronal cells displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Stomach, a subset of intestinal glandular cells, myocytes, adrenal cortical cells displayed moderate positivity. Gall bladder displayed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
