Staining summary
HPA008338 Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Additional membranous or nuclear staining was observed in a few cases. Strong immunoreactivity was observed in gastrointestinal tract, exocrine pancreas, endocrine glands, glandular cells of uterus, Leydig cells and subsets of neuronal cells.
CAB016797 A majority of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity, in a few cases with additional membranous staining. Strong positivity was observed in the gastrointestinal tract, adrenal cortical cells, renal tubules and placental trophoblasts. Hepatocytes and bile ducts were weakly stained. Mesenchymal cells were mainly negative.
