The gastrointestinal tract, kidney, follicle cells, placenta and cells in male genital tract showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining normal cells were negative or weakly stained.

Normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Adrenal, colon, gallbladder, Leydig cells, thyroid and urothelial cells showed strong positivity. Hematopoietic cells, respiratory epithelia, lung macrophages and cells in seminiferous ducts displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Pneumocytes, cells in glomeruli and the non-germinal center cells were negative.
