Distinct cytoplasmic and membranous staining of all epithelial cells except hepatocytes. Testis, lymphoid tissues, ovaries and CNS were negative.
HPA000453
Strong and distinct cytoplasmic and membranous staining in glandular cells of the gastrointestinal tract, urinary bladder and squamous epithelium was displayed. Distinct positivity of basal cells in the prostate epithelium and seminal vesicles was observed. Remaining normal cells were generally negative.
HPA045062
Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in myoepithelial cells in breast, basal layers in respiratory epithelia, epididymis, fallopian tube, oral mucosa, prostate, salivary gland, seminal vesicle and vulva. Urinary bladder displayed additional membranous positivity. Leydig cells were moderately stained. Remaining normal tissues were generally negative.
CAB000029
Moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity was observed in basal cells of urothelium, respiratory epithelium, squamous epithelium of tonsil, esophagus and oral mucosa, and in prostate, epididymis, breast, cervix, salivary glands and hair follicles in skin. Weak to moderate granular positivity was seen in a subset of neurons within the CNS. Remaining normal tissues were weak or negative.
