Moderate to strong nuclear staining was observed in subsets of intestinal, bone marrow poietic and seminiferous duct cells. Gastric chief cells displayed cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Capillaries in heart muscle and erythrocytes showed distinct staining. Positivity was also observed around Purkinje cells. Remaining normal cell types were negative.

Lymphoid cells in spleen, bone marrow poietic cells, glandular cells in the large intestine and appendix showed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity while subsets of hepatocytes, cells in airway epithelia, gastric mucous cells and lung macrophages were moderately stained. Remaining normal cells were negative.
