Staining summary
HPA002087 Strong nuclear immunoreactivity was observed in subtypes of cells in lymph node and tonsil. In bone marrow, megakaryocytes showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Remaining normal tissues were in general negative.
CAB019405 Normal cells showed a variable staining pattern. Squamous epithelia, kidney and adrenal gland showed strong membranous staining while lymphoid tissues and glandular cells in endometrium displayed strong nuclear staining. Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in Leydig cells. The gastrointestinal tract, pancreas, the male genital tract and cells in CNS were generally negative.
