Moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in Purkinje cells, neuronal cells, neuropil, peripheral nerves/ganglion cells, renal tubules, follicle cells, islets of Langerhans, salivary gland and cells in seminiferus ducts of testis. Bronchus and subset of cells in fallopian tube were strongly stained. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.

A majority of the normal cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity frequently combined with nuclear staining. The kidney and most cells in lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.
