Staining summary
HPA035199 Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Purkinje cells, hematopoietic cells, cells in red pulp of spleen along with subset of non germinal center cells were strongly stained. Myocytes, soft tissues and myoepithelial cells of breast were negative.
CAB004272 Normal tissues generally showed moderate cytoplasmic staining, often with a granular pattern. In some cases the positivity was accentuated close to the nuclear- or plasma membrane. Trophoblastic cells of placenta, spermatogonia of testis and thyroid glandular cells were strongly stained.
