Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. The cytoplasmic staining was occasionally combined with membranous or nuclear staining. Strong staining was observed in alveolar macrophages, adrenal cortex and breast.

Leydig cells, purkinje cells, the intestine and respiratory epithelium exhibited strong nuclear and cytoplasmic immunoreactivity.
