Staining summary
HPA024679 Most normal tissues were negative. Skeletal muscle showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity, while heart muscle exhibited distinct positivity in intercalated discs.
HPA046494 Most normal cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity. Hepatocytes and renal tubules were strongly stained. Squamous epithelia, cells in CNS, placenta, pancreatic islets, germinal center cells in lymphoid tissues, soft tissues, smooth and skeletal muscle cells were negative.
