Plasma showed distinct immunoreactivity. Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous staining in several cases. Bile ducts, islets of Langerhans, follicle cells, decidual cells, spleen and skeletal muscle were negative.

Distinct staining was observed in extracellular matrix and plasma. Strong immunoreactivity was observed in membranes and cytoplasm of pneumocytes and alveolar macrophages. Renal tubules, trophoblasts, bladder, breast and endometrium showed cytoplasmic and/or membranous positivity. Normal cells in general displayed weak staining or were negative.
