Staining summary
HPA007657 Strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in macrophages and glandular cells of salivary gland, gall bladder and stomach. Other normal tissues generally displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining.
HPA008180 Most normal tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity accompanied by membranous staining in a few cases. Most mesenchymal cells and cells in CNS were weakly stained or negative.
CAB008972 Normal tissues showed mainly moderate cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Strong positivity was observed in gallbladder and surface epithelial cells of nasopharynx. Syncytiotrophoblasts in placenta displayed strongly stained microvilli. Neuronal cells in cerebral cortex showed additional strong nuclear immunoreactivity.
