Staining summary
Normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Small intestine, fallopian tube and salivary gland showed additional membranous positivity. Strong staining was observed in adrenal gland, smooth and heart muscle cells. Glandular cells of cervix, bile duct cells, ovary, spleen and lymph node were negative.
