Strong cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern was observed in lung macrophages, distal renal tubules and placental trophoblasts as well as a majority of inflammatory and lymphoid cells. The gastrointestinal tract, skeletal muscle and endocrine glands exhibited moderate cytoplasmic staining. Moderate nuclear staining was observed in hepatocytes and stromal cells. Remaining normal tissues were generally negative.
