Staining summary
HPA030472 Normal tissues generally showed moderate to strong nuclear immunoreactivity with additional cytoplasmic staining in few cases. Strong staining was observed in respiratory epithelia, pancreatic islets, renal tubules, glial cells and subsets of lymphoid cells.
HPA036584 Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Additional nucleolar staining was observed in neuronal cells in CNS. Glial cells, most lymphoid cells, heart and smooth muscle were in general weakly stained.
