Most normal cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Smooth muscle cells and most hepatocytes were negative.

Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was observed in exocrine pancreas and adrenal cortical cells. Bile duct cells, renal glomeruli, ovarian and endometrial stroma cells were negative.

Exocrine pancreas displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Gastrointestinal tract, islet cells, seminal vesicle, trophoblastic cells, salivary glands and some squamous epithelium exhibited moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Remaining normal cells were weakly stained or negative.
